Legal Aid San Antonio Family Law attorneys provide quality legal assistance to low-income individuals and families in civil legal matters including, but not limited to, family law, housing, public benefits, and consumer law.
The attorneys in our Family Law unit provide legal assistance to individuals who are seeking to resolve issues related to their family, including: divorce, child custody and visitation, child support, and spousal support. We also provide legal assistance to individuals who are seeking to adopt or guardianship of a child.
Our attorneys are experienced in providing legal assistance to individuals who have limited income and resources. We offer our services at no cost to our clients.
To be eligible for our services, you must meet the following requirements:
-You must be a low-income individual or family.
-You must reside in Bexar County or one of the following surrounding counties: Atascosa, Bandera, Comal, Guadalupe, Kendall, Kerr, Medina, or Wilson.
-Your legal matter must be within our scope of practice.
