The 16th Judicial District Court is a court of general jurisdiction that serves Arapahoe, Douglas, Elbert and Lincoln counties in Colorado. The court has jurisdiction over all civil, criminal, domestic relations, juvenile and probate matters. The 16th Judicial District Court also has authority to hear appeals from decisions of municipal and county courts.
