Marijuana is now legal in over half of the United States, but the question of when it will be legal nationwide is still up in the air. There are a few states that have fully legalized marijuana, while others have only legalized medical marijuana.

Ten states have decriminalized marijuana. These states are California, Colorado, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, New York, Oregon, and Rhode Island.

As you can see, marijuana is slowly but surely becoming legal across the United States. The big question is when will it be legal nationwide? There is no definite answer, but it seems likely that marijuana will be fully legalized in the near future.

6. Delaware
